Ms. Sneha Satheendran, Founder.
Lend An Ear was founded and Initiated by Ms. Sneha Satheendran, a counseling Psychologist by profession with over eight years of work experience in the field.
Ms. Satheendran is an integrative counseling psychologist with a master’s degree in counseling psychology. She holds prior experiences with IIM Bangalore, TISS, A collaborative project with Harvard, The Mind Research Foundation amongst several others. She is a published book author, Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society, and part of multiple social initiatives. She is an active mental health advocate and currently works with India's leading EAP corporate firm.
She is a holistic therapist with an unparalleled devotion towards making lives better one day at a time. Lend an ear is her attempt to make people feel, they are not alone and they are heard.

Oasis Organisation
Lend An Ear was executed, implemented and put into action under collaborative efforts with Oasis Organisation and its team members. The first event of Lend An Ear was accomplished with the help of Oasis Team and future learnings were achieved. She For Change envisions an ecosystem where young girls’ vision and goals are supported, promoted and propelled through a peer community of women leaders to achieve greater social impact.
